Founders
The people behind the decks.
AudioWaves was founded in Chennai by DJ Madhan and DJ Kamal. They are the faces behind the decks and the creative minds behind every AudioWaves setup. Together they played the New Year Tamil Night at Park Elanza on a full AudioWaves rig.
What guests never see is what makes the night work. Six steps, the same on every AudioWaves show.
The Brief
It starts with a call: your date, venue, guest count and how the night should feel at its peak. We suggest the setup that fits.
The Load-In
Flight cases, truss and cable runs arrive hours before your guests. Truss goes up first, then speakers, lights and the DJ booth.
The Setup
RCF line arrays stacked, Sharpies on truss, the 3D dance floor laid tile by tile. Every position is placed for the people in front of it.
The Soundcheck
Our sound engineer tunes the system to the room: levels, coverage, clarity and bass, so the back of the room hears what the front hears.
The Light
Fixtures are focused and cues programmed on DMX, so colour, beams and strobes move with the music.
The Show
Lights drop, the floor fills and the night takes over. Our crew runs sound and lights on site until the last song.
